Subscription Activation: Free of charge.
Shipments: The first shipment will be sent immediately after Club registration, with subsequent shipments scheduled for April and October each year.
Subscription Duration: A minimum commitment of one year is required.
Wine Selection: One month before each shipment, customers will receive a notification reminding them to choose their wines and proceed with payment.
Default Selection: If no selection is made, Soc. Agr. Pietraserena will send a duplicate of the first shipment, subject to stock availability, and charge the corresponding amount.
Shipment Process: Upon dispatch, customers will receive tracking details directly from the designated shipping company. Shipment may take up to 30 business days.
Customer Responsibility: Customers must ensure their billing and shipping details are up to date with Soc. Agr. Pietraserena. The company is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred due to inaccurate or outdated customer information.
Legal Age Requirement: The purchaser and/or recipient of wine shipments must be at least 21 years old.
Liability Disclaimer: Soc. Agr. Pietraserena and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for:
Weather-related damages or delays
Security clearances or customs procedures
Additional taxes or duties imposed by the destination country or state
Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)
Membership Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide written notice via email to pietraserena@arrigoni1913.it. Once receipt is confirmed, your membership will be officially cancelled, and your personal information will be properly disposed of.
Payment Authorization: You authorize Soc. Agr. Pietraserena to retain your credit card details on file and charge payments according to your selected membership package.
Agreement: By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
