Liqueur with lemons from Cinque Terre

incredibly intense scent. The lemon rind is completely cleaned of the fruit pulp and is liquefied over a period of twenty to thirty days. The final result is a fine nectar, which should be served chilled in summer and at room temperature in winter. It has digestive qualities, is sweet and truly exquisite.
